Click and drag near the ball to set direction and power — the ball launches in the opposite direction from your drag, slingshot-style. The aim line changes from green to yellow to red as power increases.
Hit fullscreen for the best experience. Each of the 18 holes has a unique layout, so your first round through a course is really just reconnaissance. By round two you'll know where to play safe and where to attack.
Works on mobile too
Same game, same controls — touch and drag instead of click and drag. Landscape mode gives you a wider view of the course, which helps on the more complex holes.
You can start in the browser and optionally install this web app to your home screen in a supported browser. Cached game files may open offline on a return visit, while login and leaderboard features still need a connection.

Check the wind first
The wind indicator is at the top of the screen. Strong wind shifts the landing point significantly — aim slightly into the wind to compensate.
What 'par' means
Each hole has a target stroke count. Par 4 means 4 strokes is on target. 3 strokes is a birdie, 5 is a bogey. Getting par on most holes is a solid goal to start with.
First course: Fiji CC
The most beginner-friendly layout. Island fairways are forgiving — you can see exactly where safe ground is.
Use AUTO club selection
Hit the AUTO button on the club bar and the game picks a club based on distance. Good default until you understand each club's range.
Submit your score
After a round, you can submit your scorecard to the leaderboard with a Google login. Having a ranking to improve gives each run more purpose.
Golf Terms Glossary
From birdie to fairway — every term you'll actually encounter in the game
🏆 Scoring Terms
Par▼
The target stroke count for a hole. Score at par means you played it as designed.
⛳ The current hole's par is shown in the HUD at the top of the screen.
Birdie▼
Finishing a hole one stroke under par. E.g. completing a Par 4 in 3 shots.
⛳ A birdie is marked with a blue circle on your scorecard.
Eagle▼
Two strokes under par on a hole. Usually requires a long second shot close to the pin.
⛳ Eagle triggers a golden effect animation in the game.
Albatross▼
Three strokes under par. Exceptionally rare — usually a Par 5 holed in 2.
⛳ Achievable on Par 5 holes with a perfect long shot.
Hole-in-One▼
The ball goes directly into the cup from the tee shot.
⛳ Realistically achievable only on Par 3 holes.
Bogey▼
One stroke over par. Common for beginners on harder holes.
⛳ Shown in red on the scorecard.
Double Bogey▼
Two strokes over par. Often caused by water penalties or getting stuck in rough.
⛳ Penalty strokes for water hazards count toward your total.
Handicap▼
A numerical measure of a player's skill — lower is better.
⛳ Referenced in the ranking system for competitive comparison.
🏌️ Shot Types
Drive▼
The first shot on a hole, played from the tee box. Aims for maximum distance.
⛳ The driver club is auto-recommended for tee shots.
Approach▼
A shot aimed at getting the ball close to the green. Played with irons or wedges.
⛳ Approach accuracy becomes critical on holes over 200 yards.
Putt▼
A rolling shot on the green to sink the ball into the cup.
⛳ A short drag in the game controls your putt on the green.
Chip▼
A low, short shot played near the green, designed to land and roll.
⛳ Use a wedge with a short drag to execute a chip.
Slice▼
A shot that curves sharply to the right (for right-handers). Usually unintentional.
⛳ Strong crosswind combined with a bad drag angle can cause a slice.
Hook▼
A shot curving sharply to the left. Opposite of a slice.
⛳ Overswinging can produce hook-like ball flight.
Draw▼
A gentle, controlled left curve — an intentional shot shape.
⛳ Useful for navigating around obstacles on dogleg holes.
Fade▼
A gentle, controlled right curve — intentional and often used for precision.
⛳ A fade can set up better pin placement on right-side pins.
⛳ Course Anatomy
Fairway▼
The mown strip of grass between the tee and the green — the safe play zone.
⛳ In this game, islands, ice floes, and sand platforms act as fairways.
Rough▼
The longer, unmowed grass bordering the fairway. Harder to play from.
⛳ Landing in rough reduces your distance and direction control.
Green▼
The closely mown area around the hole cup where putting takes place.
⛳ Reaching the green activates putt mode in the game.
Tee Box▼
The designated starting area for each hole.
⛳ The ball is automatically placed at the tee box when a hole starts.
Hazard▼
Water, sand, or other obstacles. Entering one usually incurs a penalty stroke.
⛳ Water hazard: +1 penalty stroke, ball replaced at previous position.
Bunker▼
A sand-filled hollow that makes the next shot difficult.
⛳ Desert CC uses bunkers as a key strategic element.
Dogleg▼
A hole that bends left or right rather than going straight.
⛳ Cutting the corner of a dogleg can set up a shorter approach.
OB (Out of Bounds)▼
Beyond the course boundary — a penalty stroke is added.
⛳ Going into the water on island courses functions as OB.
🏏 Clubs & Equipment
Driver▼
The longest club with the largest head. Built for maximum tee-shot distance.
⛳ AUTO selection recommends the driver on long holes.
Iron▼
Mid-range clubs numbered 3–9. Lower numbers travel farther.
⛳ 3-iron through 9-iron appear in the club bar.
Wedge▼
Short-distance, high-loft clubs: PW, SW, LW. Good for chips and bunkers.
⛳ Wedges are best for approach shots near the green.
Putter▼
Flat-faced club used exclusively for rolling on the green.
⛳ The game auto-switches to putter mode on the green.
Loft▼
The angle of the club face. Higher loft = higher, shorter ball flight.
⛳ High-loft wedges sacrifice distance for stopping power on the green.
Backspin▼
Reverse spin that causes the ball to roll backward after landing.
⛳ A hard wedge shot applies backspin in the game.
Carry▼
The distance the ball travels through the air before landing.
⛳ Carry distance is critical when crossing water hazards.
14 Clubs▼
The maximum number of clubs allowed per round under golf rules.
⛳ The game gives you the same 14-club selection.
